The house is currently undergoing an extensive renovation including structural work, new mechanical and electrical systems, and a new kitchen and bathrooms, including a master suite on the second floor. An enclosed stair hall will be re-opened and an original front hallway restored. The project is slated to receive State Historic Tax Credits.
