This c. 1920s bungalow is located in the Trinity Historic District in Durham, North Carolina. The one-and-a-half story, side-gable bungalow was fully renovated in 2009. In addition to updated systems and re-furbished kitchen and bath spaces, a dormer was added to the rear, providing additional headroom at the top of the stair as well as added living space on the second floor. The home has green features including solar collectors on the roof of the front dormer.
The project received state Historic Preservation Tax Credits.
