This c. 1900 mill house is in the West Durham Historic District in Durham, North Carolina. The house is currently undergoing renovations that include updated systems and new kitchen and bathrooms. Aluminum siding is to be removed and original siding and trim to be repaired. New porch post, matching original posts located in the same district will be installed. The project is slated to receive state Historic Preservation Tax Credits.
